What's included in the kit?

Every Micro Office ships with pre-cut SIP wall, floor, and roof panels, timbers, splines, and opening supports, a rubber roof layer and adhesives, windows and doors with thermal and acoustic benefits, fixings and jointing foam, plus assembly guidance and nationwide delivery support direct from the Blackburn factory.

Do I need planning permission?

In many cases a single-storey garden office falls under permitted development, meaning planning permission is not normally required when the main rules on height, siting, and use are followed. Customers should confirm boundary clearances and any listed-building or conservation-area constraints with their local council before ordering.

What do I need to prepare before the kit arrives?

You'll want a drill or impact driver, tape measure, spirit level, ladder, and foam gun, plus help lifting large panels. A clean site with labelled parts and room to dry-fit components makes the build easier, and it's worth setting aside enough time to work carefully through the sealing, roof, and opening stages.
